My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was convenient for getting to London and the free parking was a plus, the overall cleanliness and room quality left much to be desired. The staff could have been more helpful, especially during check-in. The breakfast offered was limited and didn't meet my expectations, making it a mixed experience overall.
